UGC has nothing to do with your follower count. You are not selling your audience, you are selling the video. Someone with 300 followers and someone with 300,000 charge the same for the same deliverable, and that is exactly why UGC is the easiest first money in this whole workbook.

$300 is your floor, on your very first job. The internet will tell you to start at $75. Ignore it. Those numbers come from bulk marketplaces where people are paid like extras, and the brands who pay properly are not shopping there. I was recently offered $3,000 for three videos, which is $1,000 each, and that is a normal number once you have some work behind you.

The add-ons follow the standard bands: usage rights 30% to 100% depending on how long and how widely they run it, whitelisting about 30%, exclusivity 20% to 50%, raw files about 40%, hooks around $50 each, and a rush job 25% to 50%.
